For a UVB tube flourescent, I'd use a Reptisun 5.0
Make sure there's no barrier (glass, plexiglass, etc.) between the light and your turtle. You can have the light 6-8 inches from your basking turtle (you want as much of the light over the basking area next to the heat light).
