I have a Tank thats about 25 or so gallons full and an EX250 Deluxe by Odyssea thats supposed to be for a 40 gallon and up size tank. The water seems to be murky though, I do a partial water replacement and that helps but I was curious what anyone could tell me that would help.

Did you just set it up? It's probably cycling, what you're seeing is a bacterial bloom caused by an ammonia spike. Do a google search for "aquarium nitrogen cycle", you'll get some very helpful info.

You have new tank syndrom which is your bacteria getting started and building up in your filter. Again think about gph in your filter. Is your filter pumping at least 5 times the water volumn in the tank? In a 25 gallon tank you can use a 300 to 350 gph and that will do fine. Your test kit will tell you the story.
