Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Well, I made a pretty poorly designed out of tank basking area awhile back - well, with some new thoughts in mind - heres the new one!

Front veiw, you may be wondering... "why are there two windows on the sides".

Well, I plan on putting a clamped light on each side of the top, with uvb/uva lights - which will help my turtles, and I will have house plants on these areas! I put a "barrier" as you can see in other pictures so they can''t get to them or that area out of water.

Turtles are a little iffy on it right now, but they always seem to be whenever I add something to the tank. I baited them up there with some mango no problem.

The material thats on the wood is an outdoor carpet I got cut at Home Depot here in Canada. Looks nice, does fine in water (used on previous out of tank area basking area as well)
