Habitat - Indoor :: Bottom Feeders

yeah i inherited my turtle and it came with a pleco in the tank. they say it had been in there for about 4 months. all was well for two weeks and then a few nights ago, pleco was riding around on turts shell and then out of nowhere turtle chomped him twice. he was dead instantly.

luckily my 3 year old daughter had her head turned at that moment.

my turtle ate all 10 rosy reds that i put in there within a week. i recently bought some tiger barbs (super cheap on sale) and turtle can't quite catch them yet. it's been about a week and all 5 are still there. (fingers crossed). we'll see how long they last....
