Habitat - Indoor :: What size background?

Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

I have a 75 gallon tank 48"L 18"W 21"H and i'm having a hard time finding a background. I went to a local petshop and I found one that looked like it might fit but the 'helper' there begged to differ.

What's the height I need for the background? I was thinking 18"H since the tank's plastic trim looks like it consumes about 3 inches or so of the 21"H.

Thanks.

I would just go get a custom cut 18 to 21 inch tall one by obviously 48 inches. Any pet store should just have backgrounds on a rol you can costum cut to length.

the background on my tank is actually two backgrounds.

My wife cut around the plants in one background and placed another one behind it and slightly raised up. It's so great, you can hardly tell it's too if at all!

Yeah I can get them custom but length wise, but height is where i'm really having a fuss finding.
