Well vitamin rich foods include carrots, which are a good source of vitamin A, cuttlebone (which you already have), and leafy green vegetables like romaine lettuce, dandelion greens, and so on. The vitamin supplements you listed are not needed as your turtle will get the vitamin C from vegetables. Variety is important for a balanced diet. Also, keep in mind that you'll need to offer protein sources like minnows.
For vit D3 it's important to get either UVB light or natural sunlight- since you cannot find a supplement for reptiles with D3. I know it's either very hot or too cool in Iran, so when it is summer, just a few short trips outside would be better than none at all. Whenever you put a turtle outside, you have to watch him and make sure he has shade so he doesn't overheat.
