I'm not sure if this is a terranium or a fish tank though. It doesn't look all that sturdy to me, and I REALLY don't want 50 gallons of water on my floor.

What do you guys think from the pictures?

You've heard that if something looks too good to be true - it usually is? that's the feeling I get. BUT....at $25 it's hard to go wrong. If it were me I'd get it - better act fast! - then determine if the tank will hold water (is the glass thick enough? Is it properly reinforced? Any cracks? Does it leak when you test it?). If the tank won't hold water, ditch it and keep that nice stand and get a decent aquarium to fit it.
