Ok so i know the white lines are from hard water build up, but is there anything i can do to get rid of 'em? I used Reptisafe but I still get that build up, besides buying water from the store what can I do?

White lines where? On the glass of the tank? If so, you could use white vinegar and elbow grease to remove them and rinse well.

Some people have scraped it off with a razor. I've heard cleaning with a vinegar solution might do it.

There's also a special sponge made for plexiglass or glass (whichever yours is) that scrubs that stuff off really easily. You can also try putting something in the water (like bubble stones) that disturb the water. The more the water moves, the less you'll see those lines.
