How come my turtle's water gets all cloudy after one day of cleaning his tank? I appreciate the answers!!!

Is it a new tank? If so, you should ignore the cloudiness. Each time you clean it it will come back again. It's an bacterial bloom.

If you ignore it, it will go away. If you continue replacing all the water, it will come back everytime.

But if its a small tank with no filter, it'll be poop that is cloudy.

that happens to me when i change the water, it should all settle down and get filtered in a day or so

Erm this isn't a chatroom. You can't expect people to reply instantly.

Do you keep any substrate in your tank? rocks? sand? What kind of filter?

If your tank is established with a good bio filter, and you completely change the water and clean all the surfaces, and especially if you also clean the bio media with tap water, what actually happens is that you're washing away all the "good" bacteria that make the bio filter work, and then the tank cycles all over again like it was new. This means the water turns cloudy white while the bio filter (ie, good bacteria) is re-establishing itself.

There is such a thing as too much cleaning where a tank with a functioning bio filter is concerned.

But like Tenodera said, this doesn't apply in the case of a small tank with a small or no filter.
