I don't feel comfortable about the pile of rocks in the corner, a turtle could very easily move those and get caught under one and drown. I also would leave out the gravel on the bottom, the turtles don't need it and being that your tank is so small, the gravel is only taking up valuable swimming space. Plus, it collects poo and whatnot and it's hard to clean. I wouldn't have it in there. Get a cave or log of some sort and it will serve as an underwater hide/toy for the turt.
Unless that one bulb is a mercury bulb, then I'm willing to bed it's just a UVA bulb, in which case, you need to get a UVB bulb.
The screen top that you have filters out a majority of the beneficial UV rays that your turtle needs to grow and digest.
I couldn't really see anything else.
