Is there such thing as an exstenion for my filter tube. lol I am not sure of the correct name of this part. I have a wterfall filter and I want to get the suction tube deeper into the water. As of now it is about 3-4 inches under water. If you understand what I am talking about please give your input.

I used to see extension tubes in the petstores but I haven't been able to find them either lately. You could try googling the name of your filter and the words "extension tube" and see if they are available online. I have one of my Aquaclear filters set up that way. I took the intake tube off of another broken filter I had and cut off the strainer part at the end and then stuck that in between the sections on the good filter's intake tubes to extend it down closer to the bottom of the tank. It works great. :)
