Franklins been nibbling/biting his front legs...is this normal?

did you check to see if maybe its irradiated or something. it might be and be careful and watch to make sure he doesnt bite off a nail or cut himself

could it be possibly that he's just shedding? or sumthing? cos i know they do that tp their back legs

hes being fed reptomin...rarely carrots...and green leaf lettuce, oh and a calcium supplement

They do that....being a turtle with all that dry skin can get downright itchy at times!

when my turtles start to shed they will appear to be biting at their front legs but if you look a bit closer they are really just trying to get the shedding skin off of them
