We originally thought Eamonn was a guy, but are not so certain now. Could he actually be Eimhear?

Also, after being told he (she?) is a cooter, we are questioning if he/she really isn't a cumberland or maybe a hybrid of some sort. Any thoughts?

That's Ruaridhri our RES looking on. We thought he was a she until recently.

Might be too early to be certain, but does look like you have a Eimhear on your hands. How long is the shell?

About 3 1/2 inches. I know it's a little small to definitively determine gender yet. The poor little thing! Between species & gender, we can't seem to make up our minds!
