Ok so I am new to res also I am building my own habitat for them but for right now I have 4 of them in a 29 gallon tall tank there about 1.25 inches I have about 9 inches of water keep the temp between 78 an 80 basking area is around 89 I do not have a uvb light but I do have a pool outside I take them to when its warm out and I have a sand pit in front of a bay window for them but I have one of my turtles that is very pale green won't eat and keeps his eye mostly shut looks like a film over his eyes kind of I'm not sure what else to do for him please help

I would separate the pale one into his own container. Make sure he eats and gets some UVB... what are the temperatures outside? Is the eye swollen?
