My turtle has been swimming back and forth in his tank and he started sticking his head out to get air then start swimming again.It doesnt sound like wheezing but just being wiped out.Is this just from exhaustion or could he be sick?

Can you post a picture of the setup? Is the turtle overweight? Most likely its just exhaustion, but it should not be that loud.. maybe just barely noticeable.
