White spots on my red ear slider's shell.

I have a red ear slider and the outer edges of her shell are beginning to turn white. Her shell is about 3.5 inches in length but I am not sure of her age. I have a water heater, a huge filter, a basking area and the water temp usually stays around 76-77. I use reptisafe water conditioner and zoo med natural aquatic turtle food (pellet) and sometimes I will give her sun dried red shrimp. I have tried several of the recommended vegetables but I could not get her to eat them. Besides the white spots on her shell i have not seen any other strange activity in her. She loves to play in the water and bask on her rock. What should I do? Any help is appreciated.

Can you post a picture? If it's more golden, it could be shedding but if its a spotty white it could be fungus.

I'm not sure how to post a pic. It tells me "the file is too big" any help?

The spots do appear to be a little silver. Also, I'm now beginning to worry more because I am noticing darker blue/green spot on her underbelly. What can I do to get rid of these issues?  :(
