What happen to its tail?

I have two red ear sliders both of the res are boys.The bigger res have a black coloured thing at the tip of the tail.That black coloured thing is like coming out of its tail.It is getting bigger and bigger.So i'm curious what could happen to my res and how to treat it,so please help me!Here are some of the pictures of its tail.

It could be the penis. What happened to the tail? There should be an opening on the underside, called the cloaca.

If the tail has been injured, the turtle should be seen by a vet ASAP. Also, if the other turtle did this (most likely is a male) then you need to separate them immediately.

the penis is like coming out from the tip of the tail,why did it happen?

It was bitten or injured. I think a vet visit is required to check the extent of the damage. Hopefully it would only need stitches.

thank you!It is possible that he injured the tail himself because he like to sleep with his tail standing without the support of his legs and he is very rough he might knock against the rock as the rocks have some sharp edges.The another turtle don't bite the other turtle he is very timid and shy and he gets bitten by the another a few times
