Hello. I have three new turtles that I am taking care of. I got these from a relative that was NOT taking good care of them. I have been having issue with them eating which is now resolved and I today I looked them over real good for any injuries or shell issues and I saw this! I am concerned. Any suggestions?

Frankie was rescued from some kids that accidentally dropped a light on her when she was little.

The line down the plastron? It's nothing to be concerned about.

It's not so much the line as it is the fact that the entire bottom is curved to the left. The left side is kinda scrunched and the right side extended more.

I didn't notice it but it shouldn't be an issue. There's really no corrective measure to fix things like this, but feed a steady, healthy diet will be key to not making it worse. Fast growth here and at other times can do a lot of permeant damage.

Great, thanks for the info. They have been eating nothing but pellets and meal worms for their entire lives, I am sure. I have managed to get them to eat blueberries, strawbarries, romaine lettuce, and jello shots. Hopefully they start to get better and nothing get worse. Thanks for all of the help.
