Hi I got a baby RES last 2 weeks ago. This is my first time having a turtle. So please help me because I have less knowledge about turtle. I saw some red circle on his leg and neck. It has been 5 day. As I attached the image, can you please tell me is he ok or having skin diseases? If so, how can I cure it? :( thanks

I'm not sure what it is. Does it change color/appearance? What the tank/water like?

The one from the leg was the second time now. It went back to normal after the first time. Now I see it again. The neck one is a new one. I change the water every 4 days. I also use stabilizer as it is a baby and as the shop recommended me. And the tank is about 25 gallons tank with it's basking area. But I haven't bought a basking bulb because I put the tank beside my window so that my turtle can get a natural sunlight.

A tank should not be put near a window. It would cause wild temperature swings, algae growth and beneficial UVB will be blocked out.
