I really not sure whether it is shedding or fungus?
I'm new in reptile hobby, especially turtle, red ear slider

The part in the middle looks OK, I'd keep an eye on the marginals. What's the basking/UVB setup like?

I haven't have any basking area, i still rely on the sunlight. So the white thingy on the middle part is shedding carapace?

Can you post a picture of the entire tank setup? Is it in an area where he can bask in sunlight, yet have a place to cool off it he gets too hot?

I haven't have any aquarium yet, I still a senior highschool student

so I don't have much money for buy aquarium yet, but I'm saving my money for a proper tank and it's accesories

. But I change the water at least once a day, and bask them with the sunlight, and I also use a 25W indacesent lightbulb within 20 cm from the rock.
