Has it eaten anything yet?
1 Male Mississippi Map/Mississippi
1 Female RES/Slidy.
1 DBT White Concentric Female/ Lucky
1 DBT Male/ Spots
(Housed in the same tank)

300 gallon indoor stock tank, FX6 & FX5 filters. Mega-Ray 100w UVB bulb.

Not that I have personally witnessed... The food seems to be disapearing that I drop in each morning, so I hope that's a good sign.

If it's just pellets he's getting, those tend to break up and get sucked up in the filter or fall into crevices.

You could try putting some pellets or shrimp or something on the basking dock and leaving them there. When you get back, if they're gone, it most likely means he went up there and took them into the water to eat them. I do that sometimes and it's generally gone when I get back. Or I hear them go up there get it and plop back into the water.
