I would not use the black light. Do you have a water heater? Have you tried the eye drops or the cod liver oil?

why not? what do you recemend? I do have a water heater. Yea one seems much better, eat a lot today and was active. The other is still the same

Get a thermometer and set the basking area at 90F. Leave the UVB light off for now and get the Zoo-Med turtle eye drops and follow the directions. Offer dried shrimp (krill) or crickets or some other smelly treat to get him eating. Push the water temp to 80-82F.
But if after a week there is no improvement, take him to a Vet.
