Are these early signs of fungal infection on the shell of my turtle?






I have a basking area, with UVB bulb of 3%, water changes every 3-4 days, i have a filter too. I can post my setup if anyone wants to see and help me improve

I mostly see some initial signs of shedding. There are some white spots but that could just be light in the picture. Looks pretty good, though maybe cut back on the protein a little. I'd be happy to comment on your setup if you post pictures.

Nice tank but you're looking at a big upgrade in a couple of years. Do you have a UVB lamp?

Yes that is a UVB lamp. I don't have heat lamp because the weather here is 32 degrees all year round.

Definitely need a tank upgrade when they grow up
