A UVB lamp will give you both UVA and UVB. A regular incandescent will give you heat and a little UVA. The turtle needs all 3. You need to worry about wattage, distance and temperature.

In my opinion the bulbs your looking at are junk. I had them and the both didn't last a month. If you use a reguler incandecent light bulb make sure its frosted not clear!
A clear one hurt my turtles eyes. I now use frosted. You also need a uvb bulb.
1 Male Mississippi Map/Mississippi
1 Female RES/Slidy.
1 DBT White Concentric Female/ Lucky
1 DBT Male/ Spots
(Housed in the same tank)

300 gallon indoor stock tank, FX6 & FX5 filters. Mega-Ray 100w UVB bulb.
