You need to review and adjust her diet. Does she have a UVB lamp?

No but I take her outside every other day if that makes it better.

She's usually outside for 4 hours and sometimes 2

She's doing good she's eating and basking more but she's a little aggressive i don't know why

she has a hole in her shell its not bad i mean you cant see her skin but i don't think its good either. and she has these why spots on her shell. she hasn't been acting weird just a little aggressive but shes always been aggressive

What hole? As for those spots, it could just be some irregular shedding on the top layer, really hard to tell from the pics.

She has like a little hole in her shell but the thing is is that she had that ever since we got her
