Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

I have had my turtles for about 20 days now. Their tank is in my room, during the day its hotter here in Hongkong, so the turtles are in my room but I use my aircon continuously at night so the tank seems to get very very cold. I have a heater but one of my turtles likes to sleep in the basking area. So every night I put them in a small tank with about 2 inches and put them in a warmer room. I feed them at night and then just let them sleep in the feeding tank. They come back to their original tank in the morning. Would this shift during day and night stress them out?

I think it might be unnecessary. If you have a submersible water heater working properly, you don't really need to be concerned about the ambient room temperature being too cold.

It takes a bit of time, understanding and money to invest in your turtles but once you do it becomes much easier and less work :)
