How do I know if my two turtles will mate when it's time to idk because the male is a little bit bigger than the female and he is already doing mating dances and she avoiding and trynna runaway and then sometime the female be doing the mating Dance to the male then he avoids it

Sexual development is linked to size, not age. So when they are around 4", they might be attempts.
