i knw its red eared but why does it have spots and that color

if you know it's a red eared slider, why are you asking what kind? I see you're still keeping them in horrid conditions.

Its yellow belly slider and i was cleaning tank so i put her in there

Its a red eared slider, the reason why its coloration is different is for the fact it has turned melanistic. Very common for older male res turn melanistic.
