Can you post some pictures of the shell and tell us about his tank?

Hi
I have a baby (male) turtle about 4 months old.
He is an RES.
My tank is about 15-20 gallons.
But it is equipped with a filter, heater,Ub lamp, oxygen supplier, and a proper basking area about 3-4 mm above water level.
I used to have another turtle,
He was an RES as well. But he was getting white spots all over his body and he also didn't eat for two weeks. Eventually he started eating and then started recovering I thought he was back to normal but one day he just suddenly died. Was very upset about this so I don't want that to repeat with this little dude.
Please help me..there are no vets in my locality.
I can send photos to you if you can give me your e-mail ID. My email is Ajaymay1@gmail.com
Thanks again
Ajay

If you can send it to me and I will post them if they are appropriate. I'll also probably split this into it's own thread.

I think my heater was the reason to this maybe those white spots on his shell are burn marks.
I kept my heater at 26 Celsius.
Till I have read
White spots come from fungus which results the turtle to lose its active ness.
However my turtle has white spots but he is still very active.
But I am not sure of this.
If I am wrong then what medicines should I use?

Here are your pics:

Most of the white along the edges of the scutes are probably from it lifting so it can shed and/or mineral deposits from the water. The other white areas look more like fungus.
