Can't tell with it all hidden and scared in its shell.
How old is it?
Need to see the face and neck markings
Need to see its little hands when they are out.
Same for the tail.

Maybe try posting a pic when he or she is relaxed and hanging out.

jasoncop954 If this is same turtle as in the what is my turtle doing video then you have a male and its either a cooter or florida red-bellied. Clear pics work much better then videos.
