Check out this two photos, the above was taken in 2009 and the below was quite recent, early 2013



Can you see the difference on Kroten's mouth? She has whitish thing and her beak protrude a bit.

Her behaviour is normal and she is eating normally too. She doesn't use UVB lamp because I put her an hour under the sun but she has heat lamp.

Te beak doesn't look too overgrown. What's the white thing you're talking about?

around his mouth...can you see that there are some white spots?

I don't see anything worrisome about the white spots.

Looks almost like mineral deposits. Have you given him cuttle bone? It may help.

@Steve really? what a relief. I though it was a fungus and how can tend fungus around her mouth. I am glad it doesn't look worrysome.

@Devilduck She has her weekly cuttlebone.

Looks like she is just getting older. Penelope lost her glossy-glow a while ago. We have hard water, so as Devilduck mentioned, it could just be the water.
