I noticed on Sylvia last night that her skin around the edges where it meets the shell is reddish, back legs especially and a bit on her neck. I remember once being told that means it's an infection, but she's always kinda had redness on those parts. I'm a little concerned becuase it was 'redder' yesterday. She's acting/eating just fine, and her shell has been shedding for the last week or two. And, she's fat. Always been fat. Was never sure if that had anything to do with it....
I have no problem taking her to the vet, but wanted to check here first to see if it was something I should call asap on. Thanks!
