I haven't posted for awhile and I'm really sorry, but i noticed a silverish-white stripe on my turtle's back. I was wondering if this was shell rot or if it's just water.

No, the white stripe is not shell rot. In the middle of the bottom of the top two scutes, it looks to me like the scutes are starting to lift. Could the turtle have somehow wedged himself into a tight place where he could have rubbed the shell along the spine as he swam free? What's that white spot on the left side---or is it just part of the pic?

i posted before about what that spot was. Somebody said something about that spot about being it was damaged before I got it. It has gotten smaller tho. Anyways, is this alright to leave alone. Theres a spot he always go to underneath the filter which is where i believe he scratched his shell

Yes, the spot could be some sort of old injury. It's difficult to remember what has or hasn't been said before. Just wanted to make sure.

In the center of the shell along the spine looks like what my turtle has because he would wedge himself between the glass and the platform. Its like it rubbed a little of the color off.
