What could it be?

The cloudy goop--where is it, on the skin? On the shell? Does it have an odor? How long has your turtle had it?

It's all over the shell, on the skins and in the water. I change the water daily. It looks like snot, has no odor that I can tell...

Is it possible to post a pic of it? I'm wondering if they have fungus, but a picture would really help.

What kind of set-up are they in?

Cottony white or black patches on the shell are indicators of a fungal infection. It could also reflect the onset of Shell Rot.

Yes, I've read that site. For the shell, look also here and see if anything looks like what your turtles have: http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/Care/medshell.htm

If it's a fungus, you also could try aquarium salt water baths and see if that helps. Gently clean the visble goop of your turtles. Make a solution of 2 tablespoons of aquarium salt (not table salt) to a gallon of comfortably warm water (if you have anit-fungal medication you can add it as well). Have the depth just high enough to cover the shell. Let the turtles soak for 30 minutes to an hour daily for 3-5 days. If you don't see any improvement, take them to a reptile vet. (There's also some info on fungal infections here: http://www.sliderhome.nl/illness.html#9 )

Let us know what happens.
