Urgent Care :: I need some Help Turtle is wasting away

my little turtle has not eaten in over 2 weeks , has a respitory problem, and looks weak I need some help I dont want him to die. cant afford the vet please anybody with info would appreciate it. thank you

You need to keep your turtle warm, out of drafts/breezes and try to get some nourishment into him.

What is his water temp and basking area temp? What kind of set-up do you have him in? If you don't have one, get a submersible water heater and set the temp at 82-83 F, basking area 90-91F.

Get some Pedialyte mix it with 50% water in a container (have the temp comfortably warm, and let him soak in it to get some electrolytes. Try a smelly food like tuna and see if that temps him.

If he doesn't respond to your efforts to get him to eat, and his respiratory problems continue, a herp vet would probably be his best and perhaps only option.
