today my turtle fell about a two foot drop and I didnt know he was out of his tank and when I found him a piece of his scute is pulled up a little bit there is no bleeding and when i put him back in the tank he is acting as he usually does. I was wondering if theres anything I should do for this.

It's really kind of hard to see anything in this pic. Keep and eye on him and watch for any change from his normal behavior. If you are really concerned take him to the vet to be checked out. Also keep an eye on the lifted spot to make sure there is no infection.
Also find out how he managed to get out of the tank, and fix that problem.
