Is it ok with the water of my turtle's habitat ?

You shouldn't have chlorine in your turts water. There are ways that you can remove the chlorine. There are drops that can be purchased, although I don't know how available they are in the Philippines. There is also the option to let the water sit for a couple of days and let the chlorine dissipate. There is someone on here who has a large container that holds reserve water just for that purpose. There are also other posts in this topic that might provide more information, just do a search.

There's a very good chance that chlorine will irritate your turtle's eyes, and it will kill the beneficial bacteria in your filter/tank.
If you let water sit in an open container for 24 hours, the chlorine will dissipate (don't know if your water is treated with chloramine as well, but letting the water sit won't get rid of it).
