Eyes closed and keep scratching?

I just shifted my two res from a 2ft tank to a 4ft tank. I filled it with tap water and its quite safe i guess in singapore as most people use tap water here..
After shiftint they close their eyes alot and keep scrwtching them and chomping in water. I am worried as i done all i can to take care of them. They were rescued.

How big is your turtle? Two. Around 8 to 10cm
How long have you had it? 3weeks

What is the water temperature? Around 28degrees celsius
Did you use a thermometer? No not yet
Are you using a water heater? Not yet its quite hot in singapore. 27 to 34 degrees celsius
How much water is in there? Around 30cm heighy
Are you using a water conditioner? No
Are you using any filtration? 2. I dont have enough for a canister yet. Working on it. Currently using one overhead 2ft boy filter with ceramic rings sponge carbon and some media i forgot what is called.

What is the basking temperature? Hotter but currently since i changed to a 4ft. The exo terra 75w basking lamp is too far away
Is there a basking light? Yes .
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? Yes but i need to make a new one after changing to 4ft
What kind is it or what is it made out of? Made of pvc and penn plax big platform i sawed in half.
Is there a UVB light? No . again. Saving money for it.

What have you been trying to feed it? Saki hikari hikari 3 pellet kind. Zoomed hatchling. A mix of all on difgerent days
When was the last time your turtle ate? 3 hours ago

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 120cm by 73cm by 50cm l x h x w
Is the tank near a window? Yes
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? My room .

Have you read the Basic Care section? Yes
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Yes

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? I think.. The female one might be mature enough to lay eggs soon . worried ..

Is there a strong chlorine smell? And this has occurred to both turtles at the same time?

I dont think so yes it did! Gave them warm bath and hotter basking area they seem to be better

I think you mentioned purple light in a different thread. I'd stop using it as well.

What kind of light are you useing for heat? Basking area is what I'm talking about. Its nice to see other people from different Countries on here. Welcome!

Hi. I was using exo terra 75watt bulbs but it just burst i accidentally pulled on it. Temporary using an incandescent bulb for basking is that okay?

Yes that's fine as long as its frosted and not clear. Actually a lot cheaper than exo terra also.
