Turtle making whistling sounds

I have a 5 and half year old RES. He's the best lil boy!

Since yesterday I've noticed that occasionally, his breath sounds like a whistle and sometimes sounds a little 'heavy'
The sound doesn't occur when he's resting, only when he's being a little active (running around the house or swimming in his tank). Neither is he opening/ gaping his mouth for air.

Also, he has not been eating too well since the past 4 days. Eats very occasionally and very little :(
He hasnt pooped in the last 4 days either

I live in India, and the weather here has been getting kind of chilly (for India) since it's the monsoon
Despite not eating and pooping, he is behaving quiet normally.
I know that respiratory infections occur when it becomes cold.I'm also worried about why he isnt pooping. I'm really EXTREMELY concerned about him. Can someone please, please help?

STEPS TAKEN:
1. Cleaned his tank
2. Increased the water temperature.

Is his basking temp correct? Are humidity levels to high? Does he have proper UVB light?

Do you have a water heater? Is the turtle overweight? Is the whistling sound coming from the nose?

Water temperature is fine. He isnt overweight, his diet is balanced and we put him out to roam around in the house for a few hours everyday.
It's not a constant whistling, just when he is exerting himself a little. And yes, it is coming from his nose.

He has stopped pooping also!! he's eating normally, but hasn't pooped properly in over 1.5 weeks!
His last was about 2 days ago.
Please help.. Im Really concerned

It sounds normal... my female RES does the same. Is he still eating? Maybe he's eating the poop before you find it.

He used to eat a little bit of his poop when he was a baby. But I know thats normal.
But he doesn't have that habit now.
I've been keep a close watch on him and he hasn't been eating his poop either.

And although he is eating almost normally, I'm scared to feed him, because I think all that blockage might cause an infection :(

Ive attached a picture of what he pooped today after 1.5 weeks. It's very abnormal, his poop generally is green/dark green in color and a 'Solid' stool.
Any ideas what might be causing this??

I don't know if they can completely break that habit. If there was a blockage, he would be in more distress.

It does look runny, what's his diet like?
