Hello, I have two baby red eared sliders. I got them about a week ago and they've been fine until now. I realized I did have "kind-of" dirty water.. So immediately I changed their water and cleaned all their objects in the tank. I have everything you're suppose to have to take care of a slider. They've been having puffy eyes, gasping, and hiccup like movements. Their eyes are like glued closed, I bought some turtle eye drops and they do help, but for a short period.I washed them both just in case it was something on them but then I realized they have some weird brownish skin in some places, like their hands. Also, they have been sleeping and basking a lot, for about three days. After looking at what the internet had to say, I believe that it's a respiratory infection, or something along those lines. Also, I don't know if I should turn my heat lamp off tonight or not because they felt kind of cold when I turned it off. The water temp is at 80 degrees.

Before you ask.. The tank is 10 gallons, don't lecture me on how it should be more.. I have a heat lamp, UVB lamp, water heater, dechlorinator, a basking spot, filter, vitamins, calcium, etc.

They're both sick, so should I separate them or just leave them in there together? I also have 3 mollies in that tank, are they okay in there as well? I'm thinking about going to the vet soon, how much do you think that would cost including the medication?

Is the water dechlorinated? What kind of UVB are you using? Did the eat before?
