1 Bearded Dragon - Sawyer (1yr)
1 Standard Rat Terrier (11yrs) - Samson
1 Miniature Pinscher Mix (3yrs) - Spike
1 Parakeet (6yrs) - Choochoo

Idk, it bled a little bit and its raw, a red spot on the top of his foot, his right front, which is in the left of the frame.

How is he doing now? Is it a rip in skin? Is the injury between the nails or on the nail bed?

If your worried about infection you can use neosporin or swab a bit of iodine on it. Then dry dock the turtle of a day or two in a warm towel lined box to allow the wound to dry.

Ok well it looks to be healing, it was in the webbing very close to the nail. I was dry docking him a few hours a day because I was worried he wasn't basking, and to give his cut an opportunity to heal and its not longer red, its a little grayish and still slightly swollen, but its also shedding around there, so its hard to say. so what I'm going to do is exactly what you said steve, and dock him for 2 days. Doesn't he need some water in that time? And what would be the best temperature for him during that time?

Air temp... around 75. Rehydrate him every few hours... maybe 3 times a day for 15 minutes and let him eat for one of those sessions? There are no set rules, you will have to use your judgement for your specific situation.

My internet went out, so I had to just wing it, but ill remember this for next time. His toe seems to be just fine, it never seemed to bother him anyways, just me. Lol!
