this really isn't urgent but its a health question. So if you guys remember i have 2 baby RES and one had pnemonia (Davinci) and is being treated with injections and seems to be getting better. However the other one (Leo) wont open his eyes. He is not gasping for breath or showing any signs of a RI. The eyes aren't swollen, just closed. It looks like he is always sleeping. In order to feed him i put him in the water and push the food toward his mouth and he will bite out until he gets lucky enough to get it. Davinci is able to open his eyes but he keeps them closed alot of the time too. When they are open they look like they are open all the way but maybe not as clear as they could be.

Again: the setup is a 10gallon tank(for now) and its filled with about 7 gallons of water. I dechorlinate the water every time i add new water. There is a heat/uva bulb and a seperate uva/uvb bulb and I have a filter. The water temp is a consistant 80F while the basing is around 88-90F. I feed them pellets, Ive tried veggies and cuttlebone but they haven't taken to it yet. (If anyone has any side suggestions on this please add that too  )

Another weird thing that both of them do is bask alot, it makes their skin kinda white/grey b/c they are shedding alot. I try to turn the temp down or put them in the water to get them to stop basking but it doesn't really work.

Are the lids crusted closed or otherwise stuck shut? Excessive basking and lethargy often mean an illness...

I dont know if they are crusted close...is it possible to try to open them myself? I do use eyedrops on both of them daily.
