Hello,
I've been keeping two little turtles (smaller and bigger) for a few months now. At home I have a good aquarium with filter and everything and a light for heating, but I do not have UVB light yet. I am spending a couple of weeks away from home and I had them brought here to a direct sun cause they need UVA and UVB rays (I didn't see them for 5-6 days, my mother was feeding them). I have set a temporary living area for these two weeks but I've noticed that the bigger turtle has something strange on the neck. Can someone tell me what it is and how to treat it? By the way, the smaller swims and eats and the bigger stays under the leaf all the time for two days now. I guess that it still needs time to accommodate to the new living environment, but I am not sure if it is because of the neck infection.

No idea.. might be a small injury from rubbing against something. Might just be a blister... is it sensitive to the turtle?

I touched it to see if it was sensitive to the turtle or not and I noticed that it is actually its skin. If I move it, there's a hole below it. I could have, but I didn't tear it from the turtle. Btw, the turtle avoids the light and the sun, it stays under the leaf all the time. It ate today. Do you think that the skin will fall out itself and the turtle will heal itself eventually? Can it be dangerous? Can it be that the smaller turtle had hurt it? The smaller is half its size.

Probably not dangerous and hopefully it'll just come off. If it's fleshy, it might stay on by itself.

Good to hear! Dumbork had one of those things too, if I recall correctly it has a reddish tinge, but it didn't seem to affect her in any way and it did cured itself at the end. Turtles.
