After all the lights are turned off, I've noticed that for several nights in this month one turtle make a clicking sound. At times it's so loud that it sounds like rocks hitting each other. It is startng to worry me now, it is so loud. My aunt thought there was a dying turtle in the tank one night this happened. Seriously.

This is the turtle that's making the chirping sound? Have you increased the temps slightly?

Perhaps a herp vet visit is in order...

The tank echoes these sounds, so it is hard to tell which turtle is the culprit of both the clicking noise and the chirping sound. Mother Nature has given me a hand here, as the temperature is getting from warm to hot here, so the temperature in the tank was raised as well. :) Lately it has become less frequent, but I am still on edge.
