Turtle Puffy Eyes

My red eared has swollen eyes since the day I bought him, it is almost 4 weeks and he has not eaten yet. I am administering Eye drops since yesterday because the salt solution is not quite effective, there are times when his eye become open but he closes it after about 5 minutes.

Hmm...Just continue the eye drops. May I ask what your setup is like? (I'm nosy)

How big is he? Where did you buy him from? Do you have UVB/basking lights? Does he have water in his tank?
