My slider refuses to eat, it's going to die :(

My slider refuses to eat, its eyes looked somehow abnormal, and it gets lazy and not moving, but when I come near or try to change the water it moves normally, I asked the pets shopkeeper and he told me to put a certain antibiotic in the water for 4 days, I did with no progress, so I continued for 10 days, I think its eyes get better, but it's still lazy and refuse to eat anything, I tried to feed it with my hand but no way. Now I rinse it weekly with water and salt, and I put it in the sunlight every day.
This continued for about 3 months now, today I held it in my hand and found the shell is very soft and weak.
What can I do? please help, my slider is dying :(
Can I do anything to feed it? or at least can I put something in the water to compensate the weakness of its shell?
I'm not expert with sliders, so please help me

Doesn't sound good.

What is the temperature of the water and basking area? What are your water parameters? Can you take some pictures of the tank and the turtle?

It's not tank, it's a tub

How big is he? Have you tried live feeder fish? What's the water temperature? Have you though about taking him to the vet?

This is its photo

As you can see the tub is not deep, so I think that the water temperature is same as the ambient which is cold now, about 8 Celsius (~ 47 F), but he is in this case since the begining of the autumn. He is very small, 3" max. What is live feeder fish? And I cannot find a vet in my small town in Egypt.

It's 8C inside your home? That water temperature is way too low, it should be at least 23-25C and 32-35C in the dry basking area. It does not appear that you have a basking light, for now put a regular old 60 watt light bulb above the tub for warmth. Once he is warm enough he may start eating again. Try to get the tub near a window with good sunlight. What is the temperature like there during the day now?

I next I would suggest reading the basic care section of this site: http://www.redearslider.com/index_basic_care.html and correct the other parts of his habitat. Is it possible to get more water in that tub and a water heater?

I'm sorry for your loss. We all made similar mistakes and learned from them.
