Urgent Care :: Help my turtle, she hasen't been eating.

I've noticed sence shes older she sheds her shell every other year, and its shedding right now. The werid thing is shes not eating normally.
Is there something she needs other than pellets and carrots when she is shedding. Please help, I want her to be her happy self again.

What kind is it or what is it made out of? i made it for her out of ceramic
Is there a UVB light? yes

What have you been trying to feed it? ReptoMin for aquatic turtles
When was the last time your turtle ate? cant tell

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure?A kitty pool 1/2 foot deep
Is the tank near a window? kinda
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? Yes

Have you read the Basic Care section? Yes
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Yes

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? all of her shell is pealing at once.

Would she eat in a container? I would try to set something up and see how she behaves to different foods.

I have in her inside tank. We place carrots or some lettus in front of her. there is no intrest.
I plan on going to the pet store and getting her a plant.
she often sun bathes, and is outside. She is still strong and active, just not eating.

She will normally beg for her fod every morning and splash the water for it, she hasn't acted like that in a month.
im concerned.

If she's reluctant to eat, she would be more interested in pellets and live prey.

Is she eating less or not at all?
Remember, adults do not need to eat every day, so a day off may get her back in the groove. That and, as Steve mentioned, try a little variety. Calcium rich foods are good when shedding.

Is there any veggie a RES shouldn't eat?
and in her outside pool she always has minnows and little cray fish to entertain her and chase.
She hasn't eaten one all summer.

I know she loves those water plants from the pet store, Im going to get some soon.

Do RES eat duck weed too?
