i have two RESs, one male and the other is female.
only my female RES have two small white circles on the top shell, and her color in the bottom seems somehow foggy.
she also have some kind of a white spot on the the edge of her shell, i thought its dirt or something, i tried to clean it up by scratching her shell with my nails but it didnt work.
she is in the same tank with the male turtle ofcourse, but the male one dont have any of what she got.
and they are both so lively and play around all the time, they eat well, they swim around and the bask often. they both also have a very strong shell.
i have some pictures of the female RES.

please tell me if she is sick or not.
thanks

It looks like a small bit of fungus. The best treatment would be with silver sulfadiazine cream. It can spread quickly and become increasingly difficult to treat, so I would try to address it quickly.

In the US it requires a prescription from a vet. You should ask one but also keep in mind that it might be branded under different names.

Dry dock the turtle, preferably at night. Once fully dry, apply a small amount to the infected area. Dry dock turtle overnight. In the morning, wipe off any residue left over and return turtle back into the tank.
