Are all the pics of the same RES? They look pretty clear, but sunlight can usually help a lot. Hw is the water quality? What are you feeding them?

Yes all pic. of same RES. yesterday i took him to the clinic. Doc. said that he's suffering from vitamin deficiency [1st stage]; & its normal thing in baby stage this could be happened.
Doc. has given 2 injection to him on front leg Vit A to Left leg & Neo. to right leg. Doc also advice that feed them green veggies & stop giving TOTO food [small green sticks], also can feed small pieces of chicken. He'll get cure within 2 / 3 days...

Is TOTO food a brand? I'm not familiar with them. A reputable pellet should be their staple though some boiled chicken meat can be an occasional treat.

I am by no means an expert, however it seems as though there may be a few basic things you're missing in your turtle habitat. Depending on the ambient temperature of the room the turtle is kept in, you will probably need that water heater. But you need to get a thermometer first to check the temperature. That along with a UVB light are essential to the long term health of the turtle. You will notice that in time, if you are able to purchase these for your turt, that his activity and appetite will return. Unless the sunlight is direct, the turtle will not receive the the necessary UVB rays, which in essence can lead to that vitamin deficiency. Here are a few links that can get you started in the right direction:
