Urgent Care

My turtle is small
In a big galloon with little water enough to swim or walk
Her eyes is close since 3 days and i don't know what to do.
This happen because i don't clean the water cause do not have time but now i will do it each 3 days or 2.
I use a thermometer at 27 C
I give him pellets but do you think i must give carrots ?? she is pretty small
Please i need some treatment at home as there are no veterinary in my country for RES

Please help

Clean water is a necessity for a healthy turtle. How much water does she have now? What has she been eating? Can you purchase some cod liver oil (in capsules from a pharmacy or health store)?

I do not have much experience of RES.
The thermometer is 30 C is it correct ??
I give her only pellets.
And i will tried to buy cod liver oil
But what this and will it recover my turtle's eyes??

I can't tell if the eyes are swollen in the pictures. You might want to get a new toothbrush and gently scrub the shell.

Does your turtle have a basking dock or an area where she can get some direct sunlight?

Is that heater on while she is touching it with her face? The heater is supposed to be in the water in her tank and it needs to be alot more than just a little bit of water. But she needs a basking dock or else you end up with shell rot if that's not what you already have.

Do you have a regular vet in your country? I'm sure any vet would be willing to help you.

She needs lettuce too. You're not supposed to give pellets everyday.

You take a pin, puncture the capsule and squeeze a drop out on each eye. The cod liver oil capsules work if there is a vitamin a deficiency it will also help soothe the eye. Only do this for three days. To much vitamin a can lead to other problems.

3 days pass and i gave her cod liver oil in her eyes for 3 days.
She still didn't open her eyes ??
Or i must wait??
